Shayan leads design and engineering: the real-time 3D scenes, the motion language and the front-end code that keeps them fast on real phones as well as large screens. He owns the performance budget on every build.

Every 3D effect is tuned per device. Text pages stay light, and Core Web Vitals are measured on real phones before handover.
